Moreover, the population can find the best place and time to dump their trash through the web and APP. The free APP notice can provide the free short message 10-15 minutes just before the trunk arrival.
Then the service quality can be protected. It includes the abnormal service management and the waste collection timetable management. We define the irregular services as if there are no GPS messages returned in 3 days, no GPS coordination showed at trash recycle factory, burning factory, and parking lot, velocities exceeding the speed limit, and irregular traffic movement before the trash recycle factory. The timetable management has been done by judging the arrival accuracy of six more thousand collection points. It is retrieved from the 7.5 million monthly trunk trajectory data.
